All products are thoroughly quality-checked by Anh Đức Print before being shipped out. In addition, Anh Đức Print offers reliable return and warranty policies to provide customers with peace of mind and the best service experience.

Warranty Period

  • 12 months for Album – Photobook
  • 12 months for Album – Photobook Box

Other products will have specific warranty durations stated on their product pages, typically 12 months from the date of receipt.

Warranty Conditions

  • Customers may inspect the order before receiving it and have the right to refuse the product if it is defective or does not match the ordered items.
  • Anh Đức Print provides warranty for all Albums – Photobooks if the product has technical defects (misaligned binding, skewed pages, etc.) and ensures that the item has not been damaged or dented.

Cases Not Eligible for Warranty

  • Improper use or not following the instructions for use.
  • Improper storage, such as keeping the product in high temperature, humid environments, or exposing it to chemicals, dirt, etc.
  • Warranty is not applicable in cases of natural wear and tear or misuse.
  • Returning items that are incorrect models or not products from Anh Đức Print.
